I partnered with Robin Care to create a series of wellness webinars as resources for their clients during this strange and challenging time we are living in. The entire series is hosted on their website. Check out the Self Care and Holiday Help webinars I facilitated!

The toolkit I created in partnership with the Pierce Family Foundation, Equipped and Ready: A Best Practices Manual for Preparing Homeless Services Staff to Succeed, has been updated to reflect changes in trauma informed service provision with additional resources on addressing workplace trauma related to COVID 19 and the trauma stemming from racial injustice.  Check out the toolkit and its updates!

"Alexis did a terrific job on a number of complex projects undertaken on behalf of the Pierce Foundation. She understands the needs and challenges of nonprofits in general, and homeless service providers in particular.  She’s been a great resource for program staff at some of the homeless service agencies we support, facilitating quarterly 'learning circle' groups, and also, as a result of requests from those groups, creating a guide called 'Equipped and Ready: A Best Practices Manual for Preparing Homeless Services Staff to Succeed.' Alexis would bring expertise and her wonderful energy to any agency looking to strengthen their program, improve data collection, overhaul policies and procedures, or coach and encourage staff."
